making your camper bed more comfortable guide

Making Your Camper Bed More Comfortable

If you have ever slept on a pull out couch, then you know that is about as comfortable as a camper bed gets. If you are spending more than a couple nights in your camper then you will want to take a few steps to make your bed more comfortable.

One thing you can do to make the bed more comfortable is to use an egg crate foam mattress or similar mattress topper. These are available at most stores, such as Wal-Mart or Target. This will help you add padding so you don't feel like your hip bones are pressing into the surface below the mattress.

Also, you can blow up an air mattress and use it over the existing mattress. Then you can use regular sheets and blankets on the mattress. Keep your air pump handy and bring extra batteries. Some air mattresses need to be re-inflated every other night or so.

Enjoy your camping trip by making your camper bed more comfortable.
